Taking place live of the show floor, this year’s free-to-attend programme will be delivered from a central theatre, The Facilities Hub, and will feature 18 sessions delivered by 30 of the most knowledgeable professionals in the UK’s FM industry today.
Session content is CPD accredited and be focused on the ‘Five pillars of FM’. These five streams cover key elements within the FM profession and include cleaning services, security, catering, property management and support & technology services.
Rachel Godfrey, Event Manager of The Facilities Event, said: “As an FM, making sure an organisation is safe, secure and running efficiently is becoming tougher. It’s hard to keep up with the influx of information and source the right suppliers. For The Facilities Event 2019, we’ve focused on delivering a programme of practical content that can support the individuals working in facilities management across the UK today. Sessions are designed to enhance FMs technical knowledge on some of the most challenging obstacles that they face on a daily basis.”
